1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Frontage — an independent pre-launch project, run by an individual based in Poland and not yet a registered company. That individual is named in section 8, with our contact details.

By using this website or joining the early-access list, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

2. What Frontage is today

A marketing website and a waiting list. There is no product to use, no account to create, nothing to subscribe to and nothing to pay. The screenshots and descriptions on this site show what we intend to build, not something you can buy.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to deliver anything, at any price, on any date. The site and the list are intended for business users aged 18 or over.

3. Joining the early-access list

If you submit the form, here is exactly what it means:

• What it does mean: You tick a consent box, we store the details you gave us, and we email you about Frontage's launch and early access — no more than that.
• What it does not mean: It is not an order, a reservation, or a contract. It does not guarantee you access, a place in any queue, a particular price or discount, or a launch date.
• We may change it: We can change, pause or cancel the early-access programme at any time, including any pricing we have talked about.
• You can leave: Ask us to remove you and we delete your entry. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.

What we do with the details you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Using the site

Please do not:

• Break or overload it: Disrupt the site, try to reach parts of it you were not given access to, or probe it for weaknesses.
• Scrape or automate it: Harvest the site's content, or submit the form automatically.
• Submit other people's details: Enter your own email address only. Do not sign anyone else up.

5. Content and intellectual property

The site — its text, design, name and logo — belongs to us. You are welcome to read it and link to it, but not to copy or reuse it without our permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to build Frontage, with no obligation or payment to you.

6. No warranties, and our liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, accurate or error-free, and we may change or take down any part of it at any time. Nothing on it is legal, compliance, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it to decide what the law requires of you.

Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows — but nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for deliberate harm, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Polish or EU law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms; when we do, we change the date at the top, and we email everyone on the list before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU or EEA, you keep the protections of your own country's law that cannot be contracted away, and you can bring proceedings in your own courts.

If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
